Professional Liability 2018/19 events programme revealed

The Professional Liability team are in the process of lining up their 2018/19 programme.  This year the programme will focus on the cross-over between professional liability and some of Hardwicke’s other key practice areas including:

• Costs Litigation on 10th October 2018 – Costly costs errors – professional negligence claims arising out of costs issues.
• Property.  This will coincide with publication of a team led by John de Waal KC who have written Risk & Negligence in Property Transactions for The Law Society.  They have a series of events lined up:
  • a Birmingham Roadshow on 27th September 2018
  • a London Roadshow on 31st October 2018
  • a workshop at the Law Society, London on 20th September 2018
  • a workshop at the Law Society, Bristol on 6th November 2018
• Financial Services
• Construction
• Insolvency
