Paul Reed QC and Catherine Piercy succeed in TCC

Paul Reed QC and Catherine Piercy successfully opposed the introduction of claims by Carillion Construction and John Laing Construction for alleged negligent supervision during the construction of the A55 road.

Paul and Catherine are instructed by Kennedys to defend Hyder Consulting Ltd against a claim for repairs to the A55 road costing £26m.
