Lesley Anderson QC participates as speaker at a conference in Singapore

Lesley Anderson QC recently participated as a speaker in an international conference in Singapore. 

The conference “Finance, Property and Business Litigation in a Changing World” was a joint venture between the Singapore Academy of Law and the Chancery Bar Association and considered a wide spectrum of topics in banking litigation, insolvency, trusts, proprietary remedies and company, shareholder and joint venture disputes. The keynote address was given by Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon and a closing address was given by the Right Honourable the Lord Mance. The conference closed with a paper by the Right Honourable Lady Justice Arden DBE on obligations of good faith.
