Ken Craig appointed Judge of the Upper Tribunal

19th July 2011

Appointment of Ken Craig as a Judge of the Upper Tribunal (assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber)

Mr Nigel Jones QC and Mr Paul Reed QC, joint Heads of Hardwicke, said

“Hardwicke is delighted to hear of Ken’s appointment. We will be sorry to lose such a well respected, founding member of chambers, but our loss is undoubtedly the Upper Immigration Tribunal’s gain.

“Ken has contributed a huge amount to chambers and to the Bar, via his longstanding role (over 16 years) on Bar Council. He will remain as an honorary member of these chambers

“We wish him every success in his new role.”
