Hardwicke is delighted to welcome Lauren Godfrey as a new member.
Lauren was called in 2007 and focuses on commercial dispute resolution and insolvency as well as employment disputes, engaging issues of professional negligence, restraint of trade, breach of fiduciary duties, confidential information, intellectual property rights and data protection. He is also an accredited mediator.
Lauren is recommended in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK for employment and commercial dispute resolution.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Lauren had a successful career as a senior trade union advocate representing executive and senior staff in the telecoms sector, the civil service and the NHS. He also has twelve years’ experience as a sessional law lecturer.
