Hardwicke is delighted to announce the arrival of three new members, Paul Strelitz, Ebony Alleyne and Laurence Page. All three bring with them specialist expertise in one or more of our areas of strength. In particular, their arrival will bolster Hardwicke’s Construction, Employment, Commercial and Professional Liability/Negligence teams.
Paul Strelitz is an employment expert, acting for both respondents and claimants and regularly appearing in the High Court, the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. His clients include multi-national broadcasters, FTSE 100s and banks. Paul also frequently represents clients in large multi-track commercial disputes, often involving shareholders’ and directors’ duties.
Ebony Alleyne specialises in construction disputes, commercial claims and employment tribunal proceedings. She deals with complex litigation, arbitration and adjudication including defective work, termination and final account claims. She is an editor of Emden’s Construction Law.
Laurence Page’s practice focuses on professional liability, insurance coverage disputes, construction law, general commercial litigation and costs. His career as an employed barrister for a specialist law firm has given him in-depth experience of complex actions brought against solicitors, surveyors, independent financial advisors, accountants, actuaries, insurance brokers and architects.
Hardwicke welcomes Paul, Ebony and Laurence to the team.
