Hardwicke hosting Underwoods Solicitors’ Fixed Costs Course

Hardwicke are proudly hosting Underwood Solicitors’ Fixed Costs Course on Thursday, 5 October from 10am to 4.30pm.

The session follows Lord Justice Jackson’s report on fixed costs which was published on 31 July 2017.

The course is a first detailed analysis of Lord Justice Jackson’s proposals and how lawyers can best make them work. It is an entirely new course by Kerry Underwood who advised Lord Justice Jackson in relation to Fixed Costs and was present with him at the launch of the report.
