Hardwicke Building’s Direct Access research highlighted by the Bar Council

Hardwicke Building’s Direct Access research has been credited in the Bar Council’s recent report Straight There No Detours: Direct Access to Barristers. The Bar Council commissioned the document from the University of Westminster’s Professor John Flood and Avis Whyte and released its’ findings on the 27th of November 2008.

The research was conducted by interviews, surveys and a review of the recent literature on the topic. This included analysis of Hardwicke Building’s 2008 report Public Access to Barristers: A Survey of Market Views and Needs.
