Hardwicke Building welcomes two new tenants

Andy  Creer came to the Bar after a successful career in industry, latterly as a company director for an international manufacturing organisation. She has joined the Property Team with a view to developing her practice in real property and commercial landlord and tenant. Whilst undertaking a 3rd six at Hardwicke she has gained wide experience handling a number of claims by mortgagees and RSLs, appearing in the LVT and obtaining injunctions both under the Housing Act 1996 and for breach of covenant.

Alexandra Bodnar joined chambers following pupillage at Keating Chambers where she gained a wide range of experience in construction and related matters including arbitration and adjudication. She has joined Hardwicke’s Commercial Team and will specialise in construction and commercial matters. Prior to commencing her pupillage, Alexandra spent five months working as a stagiaire at the European Commission in DG Legal Services where she undertook work in the fields of public procurement, free movement of goods and general contract.
