Hardwicke barristers contribute to new edition of ‘Cousins: Law of Mortgages’

Brie Stevens-Hoare, Sara Benbow and Edward Rowntree have all contributed to the third edition of Cousins: Law of Mortgages published on the 15rh of December 2010.

This third edition is a comprehensive update including a detailed explanation of the law and practice concerning mortgages and related court proceedings. It covers all types of mortgage agreement as well as the rights and duties of parties involved. The book also investigates disputes mortgagors and mortgagees and outlines ways to resolve these. It describes the procedures for amending and transferring mortgages.
