Hardwicke appoints leading Commercial QC

Hardwicke is pleased to announce the arrival of Mohammed Zaman QC. Mohammed will join Hardwicke’s Commercial division.

Mohammed has developed an outstanding commercial litigation practice with particular expertise in company law, insolvency, civil fraud, breach of confidence and restraint of trade.

Recognised in Chambers UK as a leading silk in Commercial Dispute Resolution, he is described as “meticulously well prepared and a real court performer”. He is further praised as “an incisive, effective yet client-friendly operator, who is particularly adept at obtaining results.”
