Subtle Brain Injury Claims & Neurological Assessment

Dr Martin van den Broek, PhD, C.Psychol; has a wealth of experience in brain injury cases and as an expert witness. He is also published in various Journals. 

Dr Sundeep Sembi, Clin.Psy.D, C.Psychol of Psychology is an HPC Registered and Chartered Clinical Psychologist of the British Psychological Society, Full Member of the Division of Clinical Psychology and Practitioner Full Member of the Division of Neuropsychology. He is also an expert witness.

Together they have authored a new practitioner text “Brain Injury Claims” recently published by Sweet and Maxwell. 

Dr Sembi will give a talk on normal variation and abnormal deficits in neuropsychological assessment and Dr Van den Broek on subtle brain injury and the issues they pose for legal professionals.

The seminar will conclude with a panel discussion with Q&A with both experts alongside  specialist personal injury and clinical barristers. Feel free to put your thorniest questions and we shall discuss recent case law developments.
