The University of Notre Dame Law School in London is launching a new lecture series in 2019 on Intellectual Property Law, open to both Notre Dame students and UK IP practitioners. Notre Dame Associate Professor, Mark Engelman, and Ian Silcock of Hardwicke will be taking part. Mark Engelman will facilitate the sessions, while Ian Silcock will examine “The Costs and Implications of Avoiding Mediation in IP Disputes”.
