#HardwickeBrew – Three misunderstood aspects of the Law of Rights of Way

31 Mar 2021, 11:00 - 11:45

Hardwicke’s Property Team are delighted to invite you to their next #HardwickeBrew taking place on Wednesday, 31st March 2021 at 11am.

John de Waal QC, John Clargo, Jamal Demachkie and David Peachey will be discussing three aspects of the law on rights of way, which often lead to confusion:

  • The interrelation between rights to park and rights of way;
  • Intensification of use by the dominant tenement, both in cases of express grant and prescription;
  • Access to land beyond the dominant tenement, and the issue in Harris v Flower & Sons

Please get in touch with our moderator, David Peachey, preferably before the session starts, if you would like to pose any questions or make any comments on these issues. You will of course also be able to do this during the #HardwickeBrew itself.
