We regret that we are rescheduling this event as a precaution so as to safeguard our contacts, members and staff from the risk involved in those attending large gatherings contracting CoVid-19. All our seminars are under constant review. The new date for the seminar will be Thursday 2 July.
The second seminar addresses the way in which different remedies interact, and when and how the need to elect a remedy arises. The way in which different remedies are pursued is capable of extending backwards through the conduct of litigation, and has ramifications for the pleadings and evidence in a case. This seminar will discuss the ways in which potentially fatal inconsistencies can be avoided, and viable strategies for pursuing different remedies in the alternative.
