Does third party funding still represent the way forward in arbitration?

Charles Raffin recently took part in a panel discussion at the Commercial Disputes Resolution (CDR) Autumn Arbitration Symposium which examined this question.  The session was chaired by Daniel Wilmot, a partner in the International Arbitration team at Stewarts, and involved panellists from a third party funder (Mark King, Harbour Litigation Funding) and an international arbitration partner from a law firm (Damian Honey, HFW).
