Dean Underwood features in Inside Housing.

Social Housing barrister Dean Underwood has wrapped up a busy April featuring twice in leading publication Inside Housing. The April 17th edition included his explanation of Empty Dwelling Management Orders (EDMOs), a hot topic amongst housing professionals. Introduced as part of the Housing Act 2004 EDMOs allow housing authorities to manage empty residential buildings. To read the full article please click here.
