With the arrival of COVID-19, hearings in dispute resolution proceedings have to a significant extent gone virtual. Although various reservations continue to be raised about virtual hearings, it is clear that they are taking place. This has resulted in the publication of various guidelines/protocols/notes on the holding of virtual hearings.
