Michael is a senior and well respected Commercial and Insurance specialist with a particular focus on domestic and international construction and engineering disputes, professional negligence claims and property damage.

Michael is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and accepts instructions to sit as an arbitrator (either as sole arbitrator or as a co-arbitrator) in domestic or international disputes arising from any of his areas of specialism.

Further, as the author of the leading textbook on electronic disclosure, Michael is well placed to determine disputes in relation to disclosure and accepts instructions to act as a disclosure assessor (whether as arbitrator or as expert determiner).
