Adam Smith-Roberts

Adam joined Hardwicke in October 2020 after a pupillage focused on property, landlord and tenant, insolvency, commercial, and chancery work. He has appeared in the County Court for small claims and fast track trials and at the preliminary stages of larger cases, dealing with applications and costs budgeting. Adam also works with other members of chambers on more complex matters and has a commitment to pro bono work, accepting instructions through Advocate and other schemes.

Prior to become in a barrister, Adam worked in TV News for nine years, primarily focussing on politics, and for the legal human rights charity, Reprieve, for a year.
