Hardwicke Building barrister Michael Hopmeier recently took part in the District Judges’ Annual Seminar, an event organised to review and develop District Judges’ understanding of civil and family jurisdictions.
The seminar took place at the Hilton Hotel, London on the 27th of March with Michael speaking onConfiscation and Restraint Orders Under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and Their Effect on Ancillary Relief Proceedings. The talk explored the Confiscation and Restraint Orders and how they can affect ancillary relief proceedings.
