Recent work has seen practitioners instructed on disputes over the construction of the Rolls Building, the Emirates Stadium, damage to a Greek Power Plant caused by a defective transformer, a dispute over the defective piling and floor slab in Europe’s largest wine warehouse (Accolade v VolkerFitzpatrick et al  (TCC) and numerous other matters closer to home.
