Aneurin Moloney (instructed by Ben Pepper of Bolt Burdon Kemp) acted for the Claimant, Gemma Brushett, who was knocked over and injured by a cyclist, Robert Hazeldean.  Mr Hazeldean collided with Ms Brushett as she crossed a road looking at her mobile phone.

The court has held that both parties were equally responsible and that Ms Brushett should get half the full value of her claim.  Those damages are now in the process of being assessed.
