Well known for their capabilities in dispute resolution, members at the set have recently defended Mr Sanjay Shah and his 22 international companies, both in London courts and in the DIFC, against allegations of fraud brought by the Danish Tax Authority SKAT. In another key international matter the set was called upon to represent Enterprise Insurance in litigation in Gibraltar and London in a case arising out of the company’s liquidation.
